Also ended up paying £1000 more than I was originally quoted. I flagged this to the head of Kew Law, they told me I was wrong. Months later I got a cheque through the door…

Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience using this company. I needed guidance and support to help choose the best contract for my employees. As this would be the first time employing someone I needed guidance in what contract was the right fit for my staff and financially for me. To get any sort of customer service / help, that came at a large cost.
I paid £150 just for a phone call. After the phone call I was advised to speak with my accountant to see financially what contract was suitable. From then on, to get any help I needed to pay an extra £150 + VAT.
They seemed too arrogant with their time to help their customers.

Jessica at Kew Law was the most helpful solicitor I’ve ever interacted with. Many were unwilling to deal with Help To Buy but Jessica has absolutely no issue. She was very knowledgeable about the process and explained everything in detail to me. She replied quickly to emails and was very easy to communicate with. I’m super grateful for her help and getting the matter resolved quickly and smoothly! I’ll definitely be contacting her again, when needed in the future.
