I believe it depends on the individual appointed to your case there are good and mediocre solicitors Rhiannon contacted me after I left a letter at many solicitors in the area asking for help explaining my sisters had influenced /bullied my sick and dying mother 94 to wipe me out of her will after I had just spent 6 years looking after her with my Fiance without any help from them until they took over at the very end. She was very approachable. Not like your usual pompous robotic solicitor,
Rhiannon has just finished contesting this on my behalf and filed for a hearing, a young lady who kept me on my toes constantly seeking details stopping me from procrastinating as I do
