Just awful… they represented our buyers and we nearly pulled out of the sale purely because of how badly Joelle handled things. She was so slow to raise enquiries and she attempted to exchange at 4:50pm on a Friday then went home immediately after leaving a voicemail to our solicitors.

In the property business the solicitors often do not take enough credit... The selling process and conveyance is a team effort and when we are teaming up with the “reliably reliable” solicitor and clients then there is an even more likelihood that the sale/purchase will close as planned.

If and when we are unfortunate to work with less experienced or 'online solicitors' I always have to take a deep breath!

I have been working with Owen White & Catlin Solicitors on two separate matters. One has just concluded and one will be very soon. I wanted to take the time to write a few words on the service i received from them.

I dealt with Richard Land on the matter that has just resolved and from the very start some two years ago, it was very clear he was highly skilled and very knowledgeable. What makes Richard stand out though is the team around him. His support team and the wider office and other Solicitors were fantastic.

I can not find fault with any aspect. They went out of their way to help, support, facilitate and generally provide a robust and fair service. They were very fairly priced for the level of skill they have within the team.

Always, contacted me when they said they would, very high caliber advise, communicated well and in a timely fashion, I am not sure you can ask for more.

Each members supports the other in a well established team and they get fair results.

I have only ever had bad experiences with Solicitors prior to this interaction. Purely from the interaction with Richard, Michelle, Elaine, Jon, Natasha and the wider team my faith has been restored in a professional service
