I dont want to give them even a star because their staff is so rude and they don't allow kids while hr appointment. But for making videos 💯 u c bring . If u post a negative comment and reality on social media they will block u .

I drove three hours for what I believed was a booked appointment, only to be told by the receptionist that no appointment existed and sent away. Whether there was a booking error or not, what shocked me most was the receptionist's attitude.
She was dismissive, rude, impatient, and spoke to us with complete disrespect. There was no attempt to understand the situation, no empathy for the time and expense of travelling such a long distance, and no effort to help find a solution. A receptionist is the first point of contact for a business, and professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, none of those qualities were present today.
I can accept mistakes. I cannot accept being treated as though I was an inconvenience after wasting six hours driving. If this is how clients are welcomed, management seriously needs to review who represents the company at the front desk.They need to know the receptionist are face of company and they don't have moral values what a terrible place to visit
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and based on how we were treated, I would not recommend this office to anyone.
