A great service once again from Sue Roe! We used the company when we purchased our very first home and have used them again to sell that house and buy our next home, we were very impressed with how quickly the sale and purchase went through, thank you so much ☺️

Used to use these guys a lot, great in the past. Sadly, had a poor experience this time around. Complained about some issues to one of the seniors who wasn't very responsive, didn't call me as requested and to be honest, has no sense of customer service. Won't be using them again unfortunately.
The main issue is that the solicitor I was using for a house purchase, was too OTT with requirements and lost me the sale. They then insisted I pay the their fees after.. so I am about £1k down and no house purchase.. the sellers, their legal guys and the estate agents blame Underwood for this. The transaction started in November 2024, by August 2025 it was still going no where.. and then the sellers pulled out. The feedback was that Underwood were too stringent/nitpicky and they would rather sell to someone else using different solicitors!

As first time buyers, we thought Laura at Underwood Vinecomb was absolutely fantastic. Her great communication and clear explanations made the whole process stress-free and straightforward. She was always approachable, quick to respond, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We felt fully supported and confident every step of the way. We’re so grateful for all her hard work and can’t recommend them highly enough

We have recently completed on our sale and purchase which we used Laura White. The whole way through Laura was absolutely amazing.
Laura was always there at the end of the phone if I had any questions and would respond to emails quickly.
Towards the end we also had contact with Sarah Barrett who also was fantastic.
I would highly recommend Underwood VineCombe to anyone.
