Engaged Banner Jones to do a simple deed transfer due to a breakup. Should have taken 6 weeks max. 8 MONTHS later, with lots of chasing and admittance of poor service, it was done.
Am still waiting on a review as to why the service was so poor - specifically Josh Butler, and am still waiting for an apology for incompetence, unnecessary stress & anxiety.
Have used many times in the past but NEVER again.

Just wanted to say what a great team at Dronfield! Strongly recommend this small but mighty team for any house selling/buying matters. We were kept up to date regularly by Claire and Catherine and they were always prompt and responsive to our emails/queries. It was handy to pop to the office in dronfield to collect/drop off documents and it was so easy to reach the team by phone/email/or in person. thank you to the team for all their hard work!
