Very unhelpful, unprofessional, Angharad was not at all cooperative, she would not assist with my query, which she could have just been honest with me, very poor for a Solicitor, even after driving an hour to deliver my Dad's death certificate, not a thank you, nor any words of sympathy, cold and blunt

Ffion Jones is fantastic. We had a very complicated purchase of our new property, but Ffion was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Communication was great, I've never known a solicitor to respond so quickly and patiently to our (many) queries. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Very disappointing slow and poor responses to my questions. The advice I did manage to obtain I had already read on Government websites. My personal experience of their billing was very unsatisfactory, it lacked detail and credibility. I would not recommend this firm for family / relationship law under any circumstances.

Have used them for both buying and selling a property and have found them excellent in both cases. I used the llandysul office and my contact there was Carol who was very helpfull at all times.. Any holdups in the sales I found were due to the other parties solicitors and not Williams and Bourne. I found there fees to be very reasonable compared to other firms of solicitors.
