I am not able to thank Jackie and her team enough for all their hard work throughout buying my first home. Being a first time buyer going through the process can be incredibly overwhelming but Jackie and her team made it feel so much easier with their professionalism, patience and excellent communication. Avoid if possible! We had a very simple purchase, chain of 2 and no complications at all. Managed to get the sale through but it was painful. Had to do a lot of chasing ourselves and could not count on them to remember anything. Generally a bit clueless when you ring them up, really rude while we've always been incredibly polite. Nearly delayed our purchase by two months when they forgot we had a LISA, despite them happily charging it on the invoice multiple times. Also incorrectly calculated the invoice several times. Generally frustrating, definitely overloaded with cases they should not have taken on without the right amount of staff to handle it all...

We chose Bachelor Sharp for the sell of our house and purchase of a new house and we had Kieran help us through the process. Kieran and his team were absolutely fantastic throughout what was a very stressful process. Kieran was very friendly and professional. There was never any issue with communication and him and his team always went above and beyond to help us through. Unfortunately we had issues with our buyer but Kieran was always there to help and we appreciate him and the team for all their help as they were always on top of everything and nothing was ever too much. Communication was like pulling teeth. I was met with a strong attitude and passive aggression from staff on the phone, then hung up on when politely calling to follow up on a matter after more than a month of silence! A member of their staff handling our file left the firm and we were never notified, resulting in over a month of us emailing a former employee requesting updates. As first time buyers, we received little to no advice or guidance and we felt very alone and uninformed for the entire process. I’ve worked in law and conveyancing before for years, which made this entire experience disappointing and frustrating— sadly I would not recommend. Perhaps the only decent thing was a reasonable price, and right at the final hour when our deal was on the rocks we had someone step in to keep things alive. But it could likely have been avoided with better communication and foresight..
