I kept receiving threatening letters pertaining to a Trust. I am not a part of this trust and i asked to be removed from their action. They sent a pithy email reply, then promptly did nothing and kept harassing me. I emailed twice more, which they ignored, called to discuss and they sounded like they had no clue whom was to blame and just asked me to email again. They sound useless, act useless and i wouldn't go near them with a barge poll. Edit: got a call from a partner, no idea and no apology!

The notary from the office in Llanindlois is the ultimate manifestation of unprofessionalism and dishonesty. The document processing took three times longer than expected, and the quality of communication was at its lowest level. At one point, I felt that the people in that office had lost their minds. The quantity and quality of excuses are simply staggering - just a little more and I'm sure they would have claimed, "Your documents were eaten by a dog!" And when you try to submit a complaint to the director or any other individuals listed on the website in the "meet our team" section, they will tell you that everyone is on their own and no one takes responsibility.
Pathetic!
