I cannot thank Emma enough for the outstanding service she provided. I urgently needed a UK court document within a week so that my partner and I could proceed with our wedding. As I was living overseas, I was unable to obtain the document myself. From the moment I contacted her by phone, Emma went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect and did so without hesitation.
During her own lunch break, she personally went to the court offices, asked to speak with the appropriate person, and managed to obtain the document for me within an hour of my initial call. Her dedication, initiative, and genuine willingness to help made what seemed like an impossible situation possible.

They are acting for the sellers of the property we are purchasing, and the service has been extremely slow. Communication has been poor, with a lack of responsiveness despite repeated chasers from both our solicitors and the sales progression team. A single outstanding questionnaire has now been delayed for almost two weeks, causing unnecessary hold-ups in the process. There appears to be little regard for the urgency of the transaction or the impact these delays have on all parties involved.

I have instructed both Natasha and Tom who have each been equally, clear, supportive and extremely helpful. From the start Natasha has had a calm and reasonable way of speaking to always make me feel at ease and comfortable and explaining everything clearly. I feel I have been given fair, reasonable advice and a very stressful situation has been made easier to handle with this guidance. Brenda Minta acted as our solicitor for a purchase via an Islamic Home Purchase Plan, and we were delighted with the service we received.
From the point of instruction in December 2024, she proceeded to deal with matters effectively and efficiently.
When there were delays caused by our vendors, she kept us updated when she learned new information or responded and acted swiftly if we passed on any updates we received from their estate agents. She was proactive and solved any issues smoothly as they arose to protect our interests and keep things on track.
Her communication via email was clear and she was always reachable and available to talk through anything in more detail on the phone when we needed. She was very knowledgeable, answering any questions or concerns we had immediately and satisfactorily.
