Not actually my solicitors, they are acting for the other side of my conveyancing transaction. Zero chain, some minor complications but so far we are at month 7 of the sale. At each stage the seller have reached road blocks and not been ready for the next stage of the process. It's like it comes as a surprise. Nothing is lined up, no urgency what so ever, even though it has been reiterated time after time that this is a time sensitive sale, as it's actively cost me money.

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM , AVOID AT ALL COSTS , BY FAR THE WORSE REPRESENTATION FROM THE BARRISTER THEY GIVE TO REPRESENT ME AND GOT THE MAXIMUM SENTENCE THEY CAN HAND OUT (250 hours plus additional 50 so 300 in total ) FOR COMMUNTIY SERVICE AND IT WAS ONLY A SECTION 4 MY OWN PROBATION OFFIER SAID IT WAS EXTREME AND EXCESSIVE FOR THE OFFENSE CONSIDERING OTHERS HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO GET 80hrs FOR CARRYING A KNIFE.

Not only was the barrister useless and didn't not argue the sentence was excessive she mislead me when the other person didn't turn up and no they are still trying to charge me for her misleading information which cost me an approximately £1500 I can't remember as th case was about 3-4 years ago and still trying to get payment time to Parthianon to the law ombudsman.

Chase up threatening legal action on behalf of Europa Land and Sea without having ever sent us an invoice nor had Europa. Seems they take on a job with zero evidence and send out letters advising of court proceedings despite having no leg to stand on. Never received a response from Birketts either.

EDIT: In response to the below no you never emailed us on any of those dates, we have one email from you in late September and since then your client Europa Air and Sea has flip-flopped and avoided answering all of our questions and has now even started to offer us discounts off of their made up invoice (we have included you on the whole email chain). We reply to them saying please answer these 3 questions. Their next reply does not answer a single one of them.. it’s a MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME.
