Recently had justine at brighouse draw up our wills. She was friendly and professional and covered things we wouldn't have even thought of. Highly recommend brighouse for anyone wanting quality legal services.

The handling of my aunt’s probate has been extremely disappointing. There were significant delays throughout the process, and at times the team appeared unclear about what funds had actually been collected as part of the estate.

We requested updates but have yet to receive any meaningful response, either verbally or in writing. I am still waiting for answers after nearly 2 years.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for probate services.

They failed to handle the probate of my Aunt in a timely manner and were unsure of what money had been collected as part of her estate. I requested an update on the outstanding monies. My aunt died June 2024 and is now April 2026 and I am still waiting a verbal or written reply. Avoid this company if dealing with probate.

Everybody was most polite and pleasent.
Not the cheapest soliciters by a long way, nor the speediest but they are througher and welcoming.

I had the pleasure of using Brighouses services for a commercial property contract, and I have to say they were wonderful, they read through the contract with me, signed it, and helped guide me through it all. They accommodated some , in my opinion unreasonable requests by the commercial property landlord team, and were friendly throughout the entire process. The cost was incredibly cheap too. If I need legal advice and assistance again, it will be Brighouses that I seek out .
