Wonderful service from Denise Donkin. The stress of paying off a help to buy loan is not something I wish to ever experience again. But Denise went above and beyond for me to help me sort it out as fast and painless as possible.

Although the over all experience of conducing the pay back with Help to Buy was a stressful experience. My needs were met above expectations and as someone who is clueless, Denise explained things in a simple manner which made the process pleasant. I used them when I purchased my house 5 years ago and this is why I returned.

I worked with Alison, Meg and Chris and the rest of the conveyancing team 4. I found my emails and phone calls with them extremeley helpful and they were able to settle my worries and nerves especially when waiting for the buyers side to get what they needed to in order.
When I requested chasing or information they were straight onto it and really appreciate the work and effort they put in to ensure everything we could control was and so we were ahead of the process where we could be
