We were very fortunate to have a Senior Associate defending a case we brought against a company. She missed every tribunal deadline, didn’t read a single document sent to her, used templates to “save time” but neglected to check the content or any of her work, made damning false accusations that couldn’t be substantiated, and actively bullied and intimidated the disabled claimant for more than a year without apology.
She intentionally dragged out the case for 11 months longer than needed at substantial cost to her client and for no additional benefit to anyone other than her employer.
If you are thinking of using Anthony Collins to defend you/your business know you are paying a heavy price unnecessarily and the outcome is unlikely to be favourable.

Terrible solicitors tried to sell my partners house who had died 3 months before bullying deputy. Do not have these deputy for a vulnerable elderly family member.
My partner had parkinsons and was bullied against his will to sell his house.
No compassion he died before it was put in the market!

My experience of dealing with this company are that they pay their couriers who deliver letters to intimidate the disabled being legally blind i am vulnerable at my property so when I get dodgy, people knock my door i am cautious so I refused the letter asked for it to be sent back to sender after this he became and I tried closing the door at this point he threw the letter in my property. I have to whole incident on my doorbell just disgusted at this to be completely honest
