Phoned over dental negligence and woman I spoke to on the phone was very condescending asking why I’d taken so long to seek for a claim.

I explained that the first few months was trying to save the tooth with metal work and around 30 appointments, after that I had my finals to qualify as a doctor so was studying 5 years of uni and for national board exams; after my finals I had the reconstructive surgery using donor tissue which took a while to recover from and in the mist had my father diagnosed with cancer, family death alongside starting a job in another city which my rota was 70% 13 hr shifts clash with their working hours. So now felt like the right time to be loading back and forth with solicitors .
To which she said “being busy isn’t a justification in court’

I feel she lacked tact and professionalism in the way she spoke which was rather upsetting.
