We were incredibly happy with David Bridge (our solicitor) and Carole Evans (his assistant) who were absolutely excellent throughout the process of helping us buy our dream property and we are so grateful to them!

Our situation was quite unusual. The property we wanted to buy we were attempting to purchase privately without an Estate Agent. The landlords of that property were holding the property for us, but we needed an exclusivity agreement so that we couldn’t buy anything else in that time and they couldn’t sell it to anybody else (and they needed to receive an amount of money if they kept to this exclusivity agreement for a period). Very few law firms could handle creating this exclusivity agreement but David was willing and able.

Then there was also the matter of time. We had a five month window to sell our house and buy our dream property (which is quite a small window) and though David’s conveyancing and Carole’s support, they made it happen for us! We couldn’t be more happy with the service we received and grateful for their help!

We have worked on a number of sometimes challenging sales, mainly with David Bridge, who has been incredibly efficient and an excellent communicator.
