Yet again another law firm that is most discourteous. Made an enquiry yesterday and there was a supplementary email for further information. I quickly supplied information by email and that was the last of it.
Mental health law provision not great but at least nice to get a yes or no with accepting your case.
As a Google Guide approaching a million views I love to give favourable reviews but unfortunately, this service was awful.
Update- business replied and funny how they suddenly remember you exist when you are very experienced reviewer.

Made an enquiry and the solicitor was to check with some colleagues and come back to me. That was over a month ago, hence the 1 star
