Unprofessional, unhelpful and extremely negligent.
Had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Nike - I'm not sure how this so called 'solicitor's' is still operating.
I will also be making a separate complaint to the SRA.

Just pure awful, original solicitor couldn't be bothered to attend so sent someone else, and then that person couldn't attend, had to do a video call with a solicitor that said absolutely nothing. Original solicitor telling me it will be adjourned ill be in and out, to then all of a sudden being sentenced that same day, it was probation services that saved me from jail not these solicitors!

I was very pleased with the services I have received from Sandra. All issues resolved and questions answered professionally. I have given a mobile number to contact Sandra 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. She was always there to answer my calls. Appointments were always given suitable to my work schedule.
