I had a very poor experience with Stephen Burdon Solicitors. I do not feel my legal rights were properly protected. Repeated unlawful bail, detention, and denial of prescribed medication were not effectively challenged. Important evidence, including witness statements and CCTV, was ignored. I raised serious concerns that I had been called a paedophile, threatened, and stalked, which I reported as alleged criminal conduct, yet these matters were not pursued. When I made a complaint, I was told it was not their job to challenge the lawfulness of my arrest. My barrister also failed to act on an Abuse of Process application, leaving fundamental issues unaddressed. Overall, I found the representation ineffective and disappointing.

Great service Rachel the receptionist was really helpful with 24 hour notice provided me with a solicitor and the solicitor helped massively highly recommend

I haven’t even starting dealing I just passed my situation to them they promised a next day update and after a week I called them an the other receptionist was extremely rude, didn’t want to listen to me and understand me. After complaining she passed to the solicitor Rachel who apparently was nice and she promised me a 5minutes waiting for a call back. It’s been 5 hours now and nothing. How to trust a legal situation on their hands? Absolutely not recommended

I initially contacted this organisation for assistance and they seemed helpful but the follow ups for assistance wasn't great. I left them messages to revert back to me but this did not happen. I then spoke to someone else within the film who was not empathic to my situation at all in fact a little rude during the call.
