Firstly, I have never had the urge to send a review but felt I must write to commend Paytons solicitors especially Alice Dyer, in relation to her diligence & preparation.
Initially on meeting Keima who gave me a realistic appraisal of what could well have been the outcome, which wasn’t necessarily what I wanted to hear. Keima outlined what I needed to provide to sway the case in our favour.
Alice set about gathering as much information - evidence by way of statements & background to support the case
Presenting the defence in court the prosecution offered neither questions or opposition, in fact the bench went out their way to complement on the thoroughness of her presentation, suffice to say we had achieved the result we had hoped for thanks to Alice .
In the course of my career I have instructed many law firms albeit these were business disputes not criminal.
The in-depth knowledgable research Alice conducted in such a way was over & above what many of these other law firms couldn’t achieve .
