Never been to the office as very busy company and that's my problem. Very good in court and good Barristers actually in the company and at hand

Chris is terrible as a defensive solicitor, he does nothing to defend his client and even mentions how many criminal convictions he has 🤦‍♂️😡 isn’t that the job of the prosecution not the defence solicitor you are supposed to help your client 😡 not help to convict him no mention at all about your client been a registered medical cannabis patient as you were asked to do so 😡 no mention you client had a clean license for well over 30 years 😡 then when I asked about a appeal he said he would write a letter and let me know the pros and cons, I have 21 days to put the appeal in and after waiting about 10 days still no letter so I sent emails saying I have not received the letter and got no reply so I sent another email a few days later asking if they could email me his letter as the time for a appeal was running out and with Christmas approaching courts would be shutting down and time was running out so Friday I finally got a email from one of the solicitor in his office with the letter attached and saying if I want to appeal I must let him know no later than Monday morning 🤦‍♂️😡 with the service he has given me my appeal would certainly fail so I will have to pass on his services and I would never use this company ever again

Excellence at the time when you need it most

Absolutely Superb . Charged with two section 39 assaults as I was not guilty I pleaded so . My partner was extremely mentally ill and believed I was trying to kill her. The police this decided to charge me.
I worried about it as you do here of cases of miscarriages of justice. I certainly did not need to worry Nia Dawson , who is duty solicitor at Llandudno Law Courts was brilliant . She asked all the right questions. At the end of the trial I enquired of the court guards on the average time the magistrates took to return a verdict. I was told just under an hour. I was literally just sitting back down in my cell when I was recalled to receive the two not guilty verdicts . I am in my late 50s and haven't had much dealings with the law, I recall somewhere hearing advice not to use duty solicitors as they not particularly good. All I can say I don't expect to be back in court at any point but if by any chance I am , no matter where , when or what for I wouldn't dream of using any other solicitors than Humphrey Dawson.
