I instructed this solicitor to represent me in child arrangements proceedings. A key part of their role was to ensure that the evidence I provided was submitted to the court and that the other party’s statements were properly challenged. Unfortunately, this did not happen.

I supplied text messages from my son that were directly relevant to the case, but these were not produced in court. I was not informed that this evidence had been omitted , which meant I had no opportunity to correct the issue.

In addition, the other party made several contradictory statements during the proceedings, including claiming on three separate occasions to have cancer and later stating that he had never had cancer. These inconsistencies were not raised or challenged by my solicitor during cross‑examination.

These failures had a serious impact on the outcome of the case. I am now limited to one phone call a week with my son, a situation that might have been avoided had my evidence been presented and the inconsistencies in the other party’s statements been addressed.

I expected my solicitor to act with diligence, accuracy, and proper representation, but this did not occur. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this solicitor for family law matters.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the solicitors during my recent case (Chris). From the very beginning, he showed a lack of preparation and attention to detail, which ultimately had a negative impact on the outcome of the trial. One of the most frustrating aspects was his failure to present crucial evidence in court that could have strengthened my case.

I provided my solicitor with important character references, asking him to be handed over to the judge. However, instead of following my instructions, my solicitor Chris chose to read out small sections aloud during the trial. Not only were these sections incomplete, but the solicitor also misread the information, presenting the wrong details in front of the court. This not only misrepresented my character but also undermined the value of the references I had worked hard to gather.

The overall lack of professionalism and disregard for my input has left me feeling let down. I trusted the solicitor to represent my case with diligence and care, but it was clear that my interests were not a priority. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience, as they failed to provide the support and attention that any client deserves in such a crucial situation.
