We used Owen & Co for both our property sale & purchase. The service from Sophie was great from start to finish. She was brilliant at chasing up & down the chain to keep everything moving smoothly. Every question we had was answered clearly & promptly, which made the whole process less stressful. A genuinely fab experience throughout, highly recommended!

I had an initial appointment with Emily, and at that first meeting she was helpful. She explained what I needed to prepare and what documents I would need, and I left with the understanding that I could come back for a further paid appointment if needed.

I recently called to book that follow-up appointment. The receptionist offered me an appointment in May and booked it, but then went to speak to Emily and came back saying Emily could not take me on. I explained that I was not asking her to take on my case, only to have a paid appointment so I could check that my paperwork was correct. The receptionist checked again and came back with the same answer.

I found this very frustrating and confusing, because that was not what I was asking for. My first impression was positive, but this follow-up experience was disappointing and left me feeling that I was being refused something different from what I had actually requested.

Fourth time of using the fabulous conveyancing team of Sophie and Juliet for property sales/purchases - and I simply cannot recommend them more highly. Absolutely superb.
