I would strongly caution anyone considering using this firm.

My matter was delayed by over three months because an important email was missed by the firm, resulting in me incurring an additional £1,500 in costs. When I raised a formal complaint, it then took 15 weeks to receive a response. In that response, the firm admitted there had been a glitch in their system but offered only £150 in compensation, which I do not feel reflects the financial loss, inconvenience, or stress caused.

To make matters worse, I am still waiting for a further response to correspondence sent in February.

The overall handling of both my case and complaint has been extremely disappointing and far below the level of professionalism and communication I expected.

Avoid if you want a quick & smooth sale or purchase. Continually delayed our sale due to slow responses or lack of being proactive to meet deadlines that kept being missed and delays to the chain. Not sure they know what a phone is, everything via email and then waiting weeks for a response and then another clients deadline missed ! Also do not let Reeds Rain push you into using for obvious reasons. In response:-
No mistake ! Your solicitor continually delayed the chain and our buyer despite your client and our buying and our solicitor continually chasing.

Recently completed purchase of an auction property and sold my house through Openlaw.
