The response yo have provided is simply not true. Our solicitor was ready to exchange on 11th March so you are clearly attempting to direct attention away from the work James has been failing to do. Despite being chased he is still unwilling to articulate what is outstanding and a date for exchange - he is now 9 weeks later than the other solicitors involved. He has no appreciation of the fact people need to organise removals and get on with life. Also, our estate agent is still awaiting a response to the email sent to your MD last week. I will update again tomorrow.

Appalling service. We are currently part of property chain and unfortunately a member of that chain is using James Gent from Jordans. Despite an 8 week head start he is currently holding up the whole chain but unable (or unwilling) to explain why. The process has been chaotic with questions having to be answered on multiple occasions and errors when dealing with certificates. A written complaint has been made to the MD but they haven't bothered to acknowledge or respond. I would strongly recommend avoiding Jordans for anything and check their google reviews rather than the ones on their own website. They are unfiltered.

Jordans sorted out my fathers estate 4 years ago and have been holding the monies prior to authorisation from executor to distribute to beneficiaries. They were given the go ahead 2 months ago by the executor to finally release funds and I was told in October 2025 they would be in touch about this. They have not been in touch. I have previously used their internal complaints to make a complaint about not being updated and they did deal with this quite swiftly so credit there...but now its the same again !! Next complaint will be to the ombudsman as ive already complained about the same thing once and its happening again.

We used Jordans Solicitors to write our Will, they were great from start to end. The whole process was very straight forward and everyone was really approachable and friendly. We were given great advice, in simple terms that we could understand. We were never rushed and given the time to make our decisions. Communication was excellent and the whole process was smooth and not at all stressful. A fantastic service I would definitely recommend!

I have just been through a very traumatic time and the only thing that made it bearable was the solicitor had, Jane Mathew's. This lady treated me eith respect and kept me informed about everything. If I ever need a solicitor I would want Jane Mathew's to represent me. Brilliant and efficient, thanks for all your help.

We had better wait and see. Update 04/02/25 I am please, that after publication of this site documents required to move my Medical Negligence claim swiftly materialized.
