As others have mentioned, Siobhan Beattie is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Our purchase fell through midway through the process, she tried to bill for the full amount and refused to give a breakdown of the work she undertook, it took 9 months for them to come back to me after this request. I would avoid this firm at all costs, they are misleading and try to bully clients into their way of thinking. Siobhan sends smarmy, smart arse emails that are incredibly unhelpful when you do have queries on anything that's flagged on the purchase. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would highly recommend DTM Legal. Our whole process from selling our home to buying a new home was very good. Great experience with DTM Legal when buying and selling. They worked quickly to complete my purchase within six weeks. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was a couple of unnecessary or incorrect charges on my completion statement, which I had to flag myself. Otherwise, communication was great - special thanks to Michele, Jamie Lea, and Casey for their excellent service.

I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism I experienced with DTM Legal.
An administrative error on my completion statement meant that not all indemnity policy costs were included, and I was later asked to pay an unexpected shortfall (7 months following completion). While I accepted responsibility for the agreed policy, such an oversight should not happen in a professional legal setting.
To make matters worse, correspondence about my personal financial obligations was shared with my ex-husband, which was wholly inappropriate and a clear breach of confidentiality.
These errors have left me with little confidence in their accuracy or respect for client privacy. I would urge DTM Legal to review their internal processes and data protection practices to prevent similar mistakes happening to others.
