We used Lewis Denley Solicitors for our purchase of a new build home. We received a brilliant service from Victoria, Anna and Erin. Communication was always very clear and easily understood.. and prompt! We were concerned about the tight timescales placed on us by the developer but these were met with ease. I had a really positive experience with my solicitors, despite what turned out to be an incredibly stressful and drawn-out sale. The buyer was particularly difficult and raised a large number of queries, which meant that (even though it was a no-chain transaction) it took around 7 months to complete.

Throughout all of this, Erin & Anna were excellent. They were consistently communicative, kept me updated at every stage, and was always on hand to help whenever needed. None of the delays or frustrations were a reflection on Lewis Denley, they handled everything professionally and efficiently.
