Drake & Co solicitors, Director who were recommended, has made shambles of a legal transaction of transfer of a property. It looks like the Director has or have had no experience of such work. Not only that he took funds from the seller without informing the buyers( who was their client) prior to start of a transaction, without informing the client basically conned their client.
Then when we complained and asked to complete the paper work he asked for more funds to start the transaction.
He made complete shambles of a small transaction of the and caused a lot of disrespect and distress and the arrogance then….
