How dare you harass my family like this!!!

My wife was involved in a non-fault motor accident 5 years ago - dealt with at the time by her insurer.

She was advised by said insurer, upon completion of the claim, not to have any dealings with any third parties, as the matter was considered closed.

Walker Thomas have been harassing her with correspondence, calls and now door step visits to engage her support for their own private needs.

We have gone to great lengths to keep our address private - how they acquired this information I can only suspect is in breach of the data protection act.

The agent was also rude and unpleasant and left my wife utterly bereft and my baby screaming. How dare they!!

You should be ashamed of yourselves. What sort of law firm commissions agents to visit the address of innocent parties at 5 o clock on a cold, dark Saturday night.

Have you no humanity at all!?

Consider very carefully if you want to choose a law firm that clearly has so little regard for human beings and are motivated entirely by profit.

I’m honestly appalled.

Useless, poor communication. Don't answer the phone. My court date is this week and am yet to get any information from the solicitor regarding time or location.

Received letter Aug 2024 saying I had been involved in an accident in 2020 a civil suit was against me, wanting nearly £10,000 saying I had to pay by 28/06/23. I never had an accident, tried ringing and emailing had no reply, this scam got through to court, I provided evidence I was innocent, solicitor still pursued this claim, 2 weeks before hearing they discontinued it, 6 months of hell dealing with this dishonest solicitor, I can only say report them to SRA, legal ombudsman, rip off Britain, whoever will take notice to stop these people. spoke to SRA Mr Andrew Thomas listed as owner manager of this solicitors, also owner of a lot of companies listed on gov website, some with same address as walker Thomas, googled Andrew Thomas SRA and he was fined for breaches and misconduct in dec 2025. I’ve had no apology no explanation no reimbursement.

Keep sending texts and emails asking me to complete a form including my bank details and send it to them. The address they say is on 'my file' is incorrect, the grammar and spelling is atrocious. Have told them several times I feel this is a scam and to write and post to my correct address, which they should have if they are who they say they are. But again get texts and emails. Sick to death of them.

My dad had an accident on 11/12/2020 with his motorbike, my dad's insurance has forwarded us to Walker Thomas and we are very unhappy with their work or correspondence. My dad and I are trying to get in touch with them by email or phone and nobody is picking up the phone or replying to our emails. My dad had to go to court in August 2022 but the third party has agreed to pay the funds. Then Peter Franklin emailed us on the 3rd of August 2022 saying that the money will be transferred to my dad's account in 28 working days. Then on the 13th of September 2022, Jennifer Colledani emailed us saying that the funds will be transferred in 4 to 5 working days. The money has not been transferred. My dad and I keep sending emails and nobody replies with any updates or anything. We are very unhappy with their service and we are not going to use them for anything at all.
