The initial booking was simple and efficient; the online interview - scheduled for 15 minutes was very simple and straightforward, with a very agreeable and helpful professional. The payment system was also very easy - but then came a problem. The promised documents didn't come the same day as promised, so I sent a questioning email. They didn't come the next day either, so I sent another email. On the following day I telephoned, and was assured the documents had been emailed to me on the first day. I didn't dispute it but assured them that they still hadn't arrived, nor had either of my emails been answered. The young lady to whom I spoke checked my email address (and it was all correct), so she sent them to me immediately - but they again failed to arrive. She asked for an alternative email address (which I don't have) so gave my wife's instead. Surprisingly that was successful - and some 20-30 minutes later they also arrived in my inbox. Now - from my standpoint, all previous emails had arrived safely, but as a technophobe I cannot explain why the all-important email with attachments failed. I incline heavily towards blaming network "issues" as such are on the increase; but my wife and I use the same msn.com provider, so I have to wonder if there was an attachment error, and the subsequent arrival of the documents was that a mistake at source had been corrected wheb sent to my wife - and possibly to me again immediately thereafter. That my two emails were ignored did displease me, as I paid immediately the online appointment had finished (and had a bank confirmation of immediate payment).
The questions and concerns are based upon mere conjecture on my part, and I wast it to have been a network fault! So, on balance, I do wholeheartedly recommend this firm for its service and simplicity etcetera. Pricewise it's a no-brainer: £79.00 for doing more work than is required of a high-street solicitor, the nearest to me having quoted an exorbitant £240.00 for what amounts to 5-7 minutes work. My 4 stars' rating (out of 5) takes account of my total experience, which arguably was frustrating, especially as I am an LLB(Hons) myself, albeit retired.

I needed an ID1 to be completed as quickly and easily as possible. I was able to book a next day appointment and I received comprehensive confirmation emails detailing the requirements of the process that made everything clear. The call itself was straightforward and I was guided through the process by the solicitor in a friendly and professional manner. On sending the required payment, I received the completed documents by the end of the working day. I was very happy with the service and I would recommend this company for online ID1 verification matters.

We needed to register a property for the first time and then transfer it. We had read that we need an ID5 form, not realising that we actually needed an ID1 and an ID5. There was also a slight concern at the start as we unexpectedly needed to log in to Teams. However, Nishant Katira guided the 3 of us through the process in a friendly and constructive way and the forms were completed in good time.

Anand was just fantastic handling a conveyancing legal process for me. Highly responsive and competent as well as kind. I'd happily use the firm's services again, absolutely zero negatives from initial interaction until deed transfers.

Wow what’s amazing service. I originally booked with different company ID identification which was £10 cheaper but they tried to get £30 more and was rude and asked for 2 documents and website says it needs one document.
