I am writing this review to share my disappointment with the service provided by Commons Legal over the past three years. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, my inquiries have been repeatedly ignored, and phone calls have gone unanswered. On the rare occasions I did manage to speak with someone, the interactions were unprofessional and unnecessarily rude.

For three years, I sought their support and clarity regarding important matters, but their neglect and lack of responsiveness only led to frustration. This has severely hindered my ability to resolve pressing issues. Given that they provide legal services, I had expected a much higher standard of professionalism.

I hope Commons Legal takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their customer service and communication standards. Responsiveness and respect are essential, especially in this field.
