Rubbish company, they are rude do not do what they are supposed to do that's if you can actually speak anyone other than the rude and unhelpful receptionist, AVOID THIS COMPANY ............

We had a terrible and frustrating experience with this company. They caused us a lot of stress and wasted a lot of our time. The partner who dealt with our case was never available. We were fobbed off by the receptionist if we were lucky to get someone on the phone. Our phone calls weren't returned. Email enquiries were ignored. On one occasion our solicitor was kept on the line waiting for over 40 mins then the line dropped, then a recorded message came on saying 'the office is now closed'. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews but they were exceptionally slow, unresponsive, unprofessional and disrespectful. AVOID at all costs.

Used Thomas Lindsey Brown several times may take a little longer to complete your business but the main thing is they are very thorough and to me this is more important

Don't use Thomas Lindsey Brown & Co along Southchurch Road. They where a nightmare from start to finish. The hole process took so much longer than it should have they where very lazy and in no hurry to do any thing. We had to keep chasing them at every point so things got done and even then it was very slow! In the end we ended up doing certain bits our selves to speed the process up. At one point they got very rude with my mum and my a uncle had to steep in. This was at the worst time possible as my grandad had passed away this is why we was with them in the first place so they was fully aware and yet still behaved the way they did. Wish we could have changed solicitors but at that point it was to late. They mad my family feel as if we was an inconvenience to them. Very disappointed with the service we received. Most defanatly would not recommend this company.
