To be fair when you manage to speak with the team, they are seem nice the challenge is getting hold of anyone is extremely difficult and always give excuses. No accountability. This is the 5 time using Solicitors for selling and purchasing property over the past 20 years. By far this is at the lower end of scale for ease, communication and being kept in the loop. There is no portal or app to keep track so you need to rely on direct communication which is at best below average.
All previous Solicitors i have used provide a completion pack with everything detailed, unfortunately Botrills don't and 3 months after moving i emailed to find out if I would receive a completion pack, I was informed once Land registration had taken place. 13 months after completion, I emailed again for the registration documents, only to be told it was posted yo me already (which we surprisingly never received)
And they don't do any completion packs or finalised documentation.
So needless to say... there are other options out there.
