PATHETIC
Acting on behalf of two individual trustees of a temple charity, this law firm has clearly accepted their legal fees from the donations of temple funds.
While this is alleged theft of public funds by the trustees to use charity donations for personal use, the law firm remains equally responsible as they clearly failed to ensure that their remuneration is originating from a third party account.
The alleged theft of public funds has now been reported to the Home Office for investigation and I do verily believe the home office may have been contacted by other senior politicians in this respect.
Furthermore, this law firm has used a redacted version of a privileged email between me and a Member of Parliament. The ICO have now intervened in the matter and questions are being asked whether the clients had any lawful basis to use the confidential data. Equally I feel the law firm should have used due diligence prior to using privileged data without ascertaining the complete background.
Furthermore, I had been given a twelve month period by the charity commission to appeal to the PHSO. This law firm’s solicitor clearly failed to ascertain the complete background thus causing ongoing stress.
The solicitor acting for Starck Uberoi has previously made FRIVILOUS, MALICIOUS and BASELESS allegations against me while working for another law firm. There would appear to be a vendetta against me by the solicitor and their clients acting in this case.
Furthermore, my emails have remained unanswered by this law firm. Their silence is again causing undue stress.
All in all a very PATHETIC law firm in my opinion.
