Conveyancing often feels slow and difficult, with patchy communication and little transparency. Working with DMD Solicitors, and especially Lindsey, was a breath of fresh air. Lindsey was always prompt, quick to pick up the phone, and ready to reassure my wife and me whenever needed. She kept every document in perfect order, put our best interests first, and guided us through each step with calm professionalism. We could not have asked for better support.

Dangerously inept and extremely poor service. Fails to call back, hardly any knowledge in the office of case or anything. Worse of all they failed to account for 20% of the garden and nearly lost it. Carry out zero confirmation of information from old land registry.
Avoid at all costs or double check everything they don’t do.
They seem more interested in time off then client needs.

I wouldn’t use these to oversee kids exchanging smarties let alone houses it’s that bad.

About 1 minute walk away from parking to front of office.
Extremely friendly staffs. Very pleasant,polite and friendly.
Totally felt comfortable and very professional.
And the rate was affordable as well.
