We called a few minutes ago and were seeking legal advice due to our temporary accommodation removed the door, water and electrics, the receptionist was rude and unsympathetic and said "we don't provide free legal advice." We then asked for a solicitor and further explained the situation he then asked " what do you want the solicitors to do, fix the door?"after that we cut the call. We were appalled by the service because we were recommended by a family friend but the service was rude, unhelpful and condescending
