A very supportive law firm that provided an extremely professional service concerning our LPA roles, our relatives Will and Probate application. Always very pleasant, polite and helpful. When suffering our family breavement they were empathic, sensitive and supportive, during the time our legal matters were satisfactorily resolved. Terrible customer service, rude reception staff who seem exasperated to speak to you and are extremely unhelpful. Edit: the reason I never used this firm is because of the rude staff.

We phoned and were told one thing, when we called back the next day to confirm we were shouted at and berated, extremely unprofessional and disrespectful service. Rude and completely uncalled for, went to another solicitors who helped with no problems at all.
