We have recently worked with Saim Basbaydar from this firm, on a serious and complex case against a tenant who brought, what turned out to be a frivolous claim, valued at £300,000 for unlawful forfeiture (alongside several other grounds). This developed into a lengthy and stressful process, culminating in a 3-day multi-track trial. The outcome was firmly in our favour – not only was the majority of the claim dismissed, but our counterclaim also succeeded!

Despite this, our solicitor always maintained his calm, composed, and professional approach. He never stooped to their level, but instead dealt with them with patience, which hugely strengthened our position against them.
