Where do I start. We used Malcom foy for the sale of 2 houses and purchase one. It’s not been the easiest ride. We was appointed Jessica brooks, and my word this women is absolutely amazing. I have no idea what she eats for breakfast but she was on it constantly and the communication was amazing. I literally cannot thank you enough, do not hesitate in using Malcolm foy and be happy if you’re allocated Jess. Thankyou so so much again. Thanks to Annette too she was also on fire with it all.

I had the misfortune to be on the receiving end of a Jessica in the Doncaster office. I was selling a property that Jessica acted on behalf of our buyers. My solicitor had an average of a week delay between sending and receiving replies from her. A week!. I understand that the buyer also had, at times, difficulty in receiving calls or emails back from her. An average of 3 days for them. Better than 7 for my solicitor I guess! Conveyancing is a stressful time for all and to have such long gaps between files been looked at and dealt with his absurd. Jessica and Foy's are not a firm I would wish to use or be unfortunate enough to find they are acting for any future purchaser of my new property should I ever sell. Let's hope this was an isolated case!
