Went to the premises and had to speak to a rather arrogant man over an intercom system at the door who told me I needed to make an appointment to sign a photocopy of my passport as proof of my identity. He didn’t offer to make me an appointment so I walked away.

This firm deserves 5 stars. Exceptional service, professional, hard working and answers emails and calls every time ! Nick is incredible at what he does, extremely knowledgeable in all areas, as is Maria, they make a great team. I wouldn't ever use any other solicitors ! These are the best, we can't recommend them highly enough.
