I had a crown fitted that never really felt secure from the day it was put in. I kept going back because it moved whenever I ate but I was always told it was perfectly normal. A few weeks later it came off completely while I was having lunch. Another dentist later explained it should never have been left like that. Everything was documented carefully, my dental records were collected and I felt supported throughout.

Made an initial call for some work that I need done and between the phone being hung up or busy tone I finally got through. Spoke to someone who I left a message with for a call back and never got a call back

Tried again a few days later and between the phone being hung up or busy, again, finally spoke to the initial person, who sounded surprised that I hadnt been called back proceed to hang up
