Total disgusting spent time and money they completely let me down. They sold the property before and when I went back 10 days later after I paid money, they told me we’re not dealing with. I would not recommend them at all as they did not send the forms out was only sent by email. Had to go somewhere and pay for them to be printed off then I had to take it to a solicitor to shine a copy of my passport. This went son for well over a week and then when I arrived at Southport. They told me they weren’t doing any They never offered any money at laid out just off your pop

These are rogue solicitors. I had a property conveyancing job coming from Solicitor namley Kevin Ross. He left the firm took over 6 months to even realise that was going on. Please be wary, they are, they don't communicate, they don't tell you what needs to be done. They re absolutely disgrace specially when it comes to convencing and are absolutely inadequate for the job. my solicitor called him over to 49 times and nothing to any avail, please keep away. once again to sum up solicitors, that don't communicate over 8 months shouldn't be in the job. to close the matter, the buyer have to change solicitors, and I think in today's world if you need to change solicitors after 6 months, they should not be in the job in representing anybody.
