Took 6 months to buy a storage garage by cash. They did searches i asked not to be done and then didnt even search the correct property and then charged me for the searches.

I Asked for months if they had all the information needed to then in last 3 days demanded extra information from family members accused me of money laundering and threatened me with NCA.

Bad attitude, lack of professionalism.
I was made to wait outside in street when visiting the office instead of the reception area as someone else was being dealt with in the recpetion area.

Just avoid I will definitely not be using again nor recommending to anyone else EVER!!

Used these solicitors on the recommendation of my parents, to buy a house as a first time buyer. They were by far the best price around and got the job done. The only negative was when I requested the searches they were not requested until a week after I paid when I had called to see if they were back. Due to corona and how its effecting others this wasnt such a massive deal. Everyone was helpful when I rang and it was a really simple easy procedure. Would recommend and use again. Thank you

Mr Barrett was extremely knowledgeable really friendly. He made us feel really at ease talked us through our mortgage offer, as this was our first time buying. By far the cheapest solicitor out on the market. I would highly recommend him.
