I am very disappointed with the service I received in my family law case. Before I instructed the firm, I was assured that I would be informed and asked for approval before additional charges were incurred, but this did not happen.

The barrister instructed on my behalf arrived late to court, and the position statement contained errors. I was given only 5–10 minutes to review it before the hearing, leaving no realistic opportunity to correct the mistakes. Despite explaining my position and the legal terms to the barrister twice, there was still a misunderstanding, and my case was not accurately presented.

Overall, I found the service to be unprofessional, with poor communication, lack of transparency over costs, and inadequate preparation. I regret choosing this firm and would not recommend their services based on my experience.
