Went to certify a university document and Michelle stamped my original certificate instead of a photocopy, which meant I had to replace it. Although she did provide money towards a replacement, the handling of the situation was disappointing. She was evidently annoyed, there was no apology or clear explanation, and the interaction was unfriendly and unprofessional. Mistakes can happen, but basic professionalism and accountability should be expected.
