Needs significant improvement especially with overseas clients that have poor proficiency in English.
I've been using Paul Robinson Solicitors for a family law case for some years. But the inconsistency in transparency and safeguarding my elderly parents is unsatisfactory. They lack the understanding of cultural differences makes it even worse.

This includes interacting with customers who cannot speak English or have no proficiency in English law or comprehension. Due to their mishandling of my parents divorce case and tenant eviction they totally made a mess of a bad situation.

Paul Robinson Solicitors were informed that one property was in disrepair and they spent several weeks trying to advise us. Due to conflict of interest with mother and father getting back together they had further messed up divorce proceedings about trying to safeguard my mother and the outcome of the divorce and transfer of properties.

The litigation team also caused a further problem with my parents, to a point where I am no longer in contact with my family and my family have removed me from any inheritance. The firm has no comprehension about language barriers and and making sure the the customer has comprehension of law and the implications of poor advice. The firm was also instructed to investigate equity release fraud to the total sum of £82,000.00 by the family.

The firm had been advised a member of the family had forged signatures and documents to extort money from Halifax Mortgages. The firm took too long in getting this investigated. They also spent several months trying to correct titles deeds for my mother.

Due to the poor advise and systematic poor admistration the above has both caused loses to my mother and I have also lost a family and inheritance which I was promised by my mother when divorce proceedings began.

We used Paul Robinson for the purchase of our first property. It was a great experience, we worked with Alisha and Henaly who were both incredibly prompt and took time to explain the process to us as first time buyers. Overall the whole process look less than two months and we are very pleased with the service. Thank you!

I do not recommend Paul Robinson Solicitors based on my recent experience working with Emily Gowers during a property purchase.
Communication was extremely poor - my calls were not returned, responses were very slow, and important checks (such as the source-of-funds review) were carried out far too late, which caused unnecessary delays. My solicitor also went on holiday without informing me in advance, which left me with complete radio silence at a crucial point in the transaction.
During this time, I was under constant pressure from the estate agent, and the lack of timely support from my solicitor made the whole experience very stressful.
Overall, the service felt disorganised and not client-focused, and I was genuinely disappointed with how my matter was handled. I have worked with solicitors many times in the past, but unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve had.

I used Paul Robinson for my FTB purchase in London and have no complaints. Service slick and a responsive team available when needed to bash estate agents into line. Pricing reasonable and much better than sweatshop tier cheap solicitors.
