I’d recommend Cyril Jones (I used their Shotton office!) to anyone; they’ve been absolutely beyond exceptional with a recent house sale of mine.

My case was allocated to Amy, and Amy is just 100% unreal! She is not like a typical Solicitor (you’ll know what I mean; most don’t answer the phone, take a long time to respond to any emails etc!) but Amy is nothing like this. Amy’s been so productive, helpful, and even though she’s had her work cut out, she’s remained polite, professional and amazing throughout the last few months - I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a more competent Solicitor.

It was an extremely long-winded, difficult sale, but Amy saw it through to the end, and for that, I can never thank her enough. She’s a pure credit to this company, and I’ve already recommended her to a few people who were in need of a conveyancing Solicitor!

I’d also like to mention thanks to everyone else who’s dealt with me throughout the last few months; the female on Reception is also extremely helpful and knowledgable!
