Went to them with a case and stag manning contact me telling me £2448 just to tell me if I have a case whe chat logs and them admitting it they told me if there no complaint proveedure and no way for them to assist me in finding out if it has a court case or not in I’ll I bet when I pay these guys would sk for more just because that how they do things
