I had a very positive experience using Healy's to sell my freehold property. They were competent and professional throughout. Sam Lennox was the particular member of staff I dealt with and I was happy to visit their Central London offices twice. The process started in January 2026 and the sale was completed without any delay on 1 May.

Jane Baker, brilliantly supported by her colleagues in the conveyancing team, is a gift to man- and womankind (or at least that portion selling and buying property). Jane recently acted for us in the sale of our flat with speed, efficiency and good humour, dragging the whole chain along with her in her wake.

She kept us updated on what was happening at every step and kept no one waiting, which is more than I can say for our buyer's terrible conveyancer. We were referred to Healys by Foxtons, and unfortunately the service we received was extremely disappointing and frustrating throughout.

Communication was consistently poor. Emails regularly took a week or more to receive a response, and there was always an excuse that someone was off work, sick, or unavailable. The person who was supposedly overseeing the process never responded at all, which meant we were left completely in the dark for long periods of time.

What was most concerning was the complete lack of transparency. We were never informed that the searches had been carried out, yet after we withdrew from their services they attempted to charge us for searches that had apparently been completed two months earlier. At no point were we told these had been ordered or completed.

As this was a referral from Foxtons, the arrangement was supposed to be no sale, no fee. While we understood that ID checks and searches may still be payable, the way this was handled was extremely poor. Only after challenging the charges did we manage to get some money refunded.

Overall, the level of service, organisation and communication was shockingly bad. The entire experience felt disorganised, slow and unprofessional. For something as important as a property transaction, this level of service is simply unacceptable.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using Healys to look elsewhere, particularly if dealing with Morgan and Aljosa.
