Would not recommend this solicitor. A simple lease extension on a flat has taken 1 year and 8 months to date and has still not been completed. Both parties agreed a fee so this should have taken only several months to complete. Firm has acted unprofessionally throughout, stating action had been completed and months down the line we found this to be simply not true. We are liasing with the regulator now on how to get this simple task completed. The firm has now taken to hanging up on us when we try to get updates
